Dr. Caitlin Wellar

I graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2023 and shortly after joined the team here at North Hill. Prior to my veterinary studies, I completed a Bachelor of Science in Animal Biology at the University of Guelph. Throughout my veterinary schooling, I worked as a veterinary assistant at North Hill. This experience made my decision to return to the clinic as a veterinarian very easy, as I was excited to work with this exceptional team again.

My professional interests in veterinary medicine include preventative medicine, neurology, and dentistry. I also strongly believe in promoting fear-free veterinary visits for our patients.

Outside of work, I enjoy rock climbing, watching sports, crafting, and spending time with friends and family, including my family’s two Labrador Retrievers.
